My Story
Carefully chosen gifts with some upcycled items and many handmade items using recycled materials and wool off the sheep from the family farm in beautiful Snowdonia.
I was shocked when my son & daughter in law told me what they get when they sell a fleece, it barely covered the cost of shearing. I thought there must be something I could do, so I decided to have a go at processing the raw wool naturally with no chemicals everything is done by hand.
The sheep are sheared, the fleeces are then skirted, washed, dried and then hand carded. The wool is then ready to be needle felted into beautiful gifts.
This was all new to me and I now understand why not many people do it this way. The process is very labour intensive.
Wool is such a beautiful material to work with and it is such a shame that it seems to of gone out of fashion with people preferring man made materials.

Our beautiful sheep
My daughter in law took this fabulous photo of the sheep and I love it
Some of the items are filled with the wool from the sheep on our farm. Wool is hypoallergenic and inhospitable to dust mites, so it is perfect for people with a range of allergies including asthma, eczema and allergic rhinitis.
It has antibacterial and antimicrobial properties.
Cushions & Draught Excluders
Stain resistant: particules sit on top which means they are much easier to remove. Wool will keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
Even wet wool will keep you warm.
